ICL is a leading provider of mental health care, supportive services and service-enriched housing to Brooklyn families and their children.

ICL's Mental Health Clinics provide assessment and diagnostic services, as well as individual, family and group treatment, at convenient Brooklyn locations that are easily accessible from most Brooklyn neighborhoods.

ICL's School Based Mental Health Programs provide assessments, referrals and individual/group therapy at several Brooklyn primary and middle schools.

ICL's Family Resource Center provides advocacy, linkage, educational/clinical consultations, support groups and youth activities to families living in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brownsville, Bushwick, Crown Heights, East New York and Williamsburg that have children with emotional and/or behavioral challenges, as well as teens who need support and/or help with mental health and educational services.

ICL's Family Housing provides NYS Office of Mental Health-licensed treatment apartments and affordable apartments with support services for parents with a serious mental illness (and also addiction disorders and/or HIV/AIDS) and their children.

ICL's Youth Housing offers boys and girls time-limited supervised residential treatment through 2 NYS Office of Mental Health-licensed community residences.

ICL's Children and Youth Case Management Program offers case management services tailored to the needs of children and youth diagnosed with a serious emotional disturbance who reside in Brooklyn.
