Programs for people living with HIV/AIDS
ICL offers programs for adults who have a serious mental illness and are living with HIV/AIDS. A specialized housing program provides apartments and case management support for dually diagnosed women, including those with children. ICL's transitional residence provides studio and one-bedroom accommodations in a single site for dually diagnosed men. The services include: assistance in gaining the skills needed to move to a more independent living setting. ICL's Special Population Outreach Team (SPOT) provides community based mental health interventions and supports to adults in need of skill development and support.
